Still in development, Counselor Appointments Easy! makes it quick and simple to let their school counselor know they need to make an appoinment:
- Students use a simple form to reach out to their counselor.
- Form submissions for all counselors reside in on a tab in a Google Spreadsheet. Another tab has student schedule information uploaded from the school’s Student Information System.
- Individual counselors use their own individualized Spreadsheets to see what requests are directed at them, set appointments, and automatically email appointments and add to student Google Calendars.
